Immerse yourself in an authentic experience that combines the art of cacao with the charm of one of the most beautiful towns in Quindío: Filandia.
This tour has been designed for travelers seeking to connect with the flavors, traditions, and essence of the region through a unique sensory experience at a cacao farm, complemented by the elegance and authenticity of Filandia.
We will begin the experience with a transfer to a cacao farm located in a privileged natural setting. There, you will enjoy a guided tour where you will learn about the entire cacao process: from cultivation and harvesting to the artisanal transformation into chocolate.
During the experience, you will participate in a sensory tasting and have the opportunity to make your own chocolate, connecting with the aromas, textures, and flavors that make cacao an exceptional product.
Afterward, we will head to Filandia, a town that stands out for its authenticity, colorful architecture, and tranquil atmosphere. We’ll stroll through its traditional streets, discover its rich cultural and artisanal heritage, and visit the iconic Colina Iluminada viewpoint, offering a 360° panoramic view of the coffee-growing region.
Optionally, you can visit the Basket Museum, a symbol of the region’s artisanal traditions.
During the tour, you’ll have time to enjoy specialty coffees, take photos, and shop for local businesses.
