By making a reservation, accepting these terms, and participating in activities organized by 5TO ELEMENTO S.A.S., the traveler freely, expressly, and knowingly authorizes the processing of their personal data in accordance with this policy.

Authorization for Use of Image

The traveler authorizes 5TO ELEMENTO S.A.S. to capture photographs, videos, or audiovisual material during the tourist activities.

This material may be used for the following purposes:

• Advertising.
• Commercial.
• Promotional.
• Informational.
• Dissemination of tourist experiences.

Publication media may include:

• Official website.
• Social media.
• Digital materials.
• Printed materials.
• Advertising campaigns.

This authorization does not generate any financial compensation for the traveler.

Right to Refuse Use of Image

Travelers who do not authorize the use of their image must notify 5TO ELEMENTO S.A.S. in writing before the start of the activity. 5TO ELEMENTO S.A.S. will respect this request and will refrain from using identifiable images of the participant.

FINAL CLIENT DECLARATION

By booking or participating in an activity organized by 5TO ELEMENTO S.A.S., the traveler declares:

• Having read and understood the terms and conditions.
• Knowing the characteristics and potential risks of the contracted activity.
• Accepting the booking, cancellation, and data processing policies.
• Providing true and complete information.
• Committing to responsible and respectful behavior during the tourist experience.
